Which bugs haven't been solved?
I know of the MacIE problems, the strange #961432 issue and various IIS 
problems which I cannot solve right now.
email validation and the table stuff pending.

Most locale, config and upgrade issues seem to be fixed now.

The new issues seems to be solved in current CVS already, but I haven't 
checked yet.

I wanted to bring out the new release last weekend, but you know, it 
delayed a bit.
Several strange reports and problems, the wikilens stuff, fixing the new 
testcases, enhancing testcases for most likely problems, ...
