Sorry, I cannot really help with the 1.2.x releases. I'm busy with the 
current version.

How about trying the current version?
The CVS version was tested and fixed recently for flatfile.

The fix affected only log-running flatfile wiki's when the database 
automatically purged a old minor revision.

So you can try any release if you don't care about this bug #963268
