Just wanted to mention that the cvs repository still has an error:

cvs update: failed to create lock directory for
`/cvsroot/phpwiki/phpwiki/themes/Crao'
(/cvsroot/phpwiki/phpwiki/themes/Crao/#cvs.lock): Permission denied
cvs update: failed to obtain dir lock in repository
`/cvsroot/phpwiki/phpwiki/themes/Crao'
cvs [update aborted]: read lock failed - giving up
