In ~wiki/lib/imagecache.php, you need to change line 28:
#include "lib/config.php";
include_once "lib/config.php";

or else you get an error about redeclaration of check_php_version

Having done that, plugin CacheTest will work.
VisualWiki doesn't yet, but I'll get there!
