http://wiki.crao.net/ has a really good and easy and I18N layout.
Easier to translate than MacOSX.

May we distribute your crao theme with PhpWiki?
Could you package it?

The png buttons will have to be renamed to english,
since they are not locale-specific, but everything else
seems to be okay.
