[Phpwiki-talk] IncludeSiteMap/IncludePage and CreateToc

I'll clarify:

Toc's on each included page are unnecessary.

But a top Toc that incorporates the headings (especially if quiet=1) 
from IncludePages would make CreateToc shine.
