So far, so good - can I pass 'reclimit=1' next to quiet=1? In other 
words, "quiet=1 reclimit=1"?

Troubleshooting note - UnfoldSubPagesPlugin kills the include (and 
the footer, etc.), with a fatal error (excluding it with 
'exclude=UnfoldSubpagesPlugin' worked).
