Jorge, you give pretty less information about what you did. I am ready to assist as long as I can get thru it - you might wish to contact me privately in order to not to flood this list. As a starting point, this looks pretty much like a database connection issue. Are you sure the database is setup correctly? Did you give the correct credentials in your index.php? Which of the necessary install steps have you done, which were done by the provider?
