[Phpwiki-talk] incorrect 'BackLinks' list in xhtml dumps

Related to previous bug - BackLinks in xhtml pages are all displaying 
based on PhPWikiAdministration, not the actual page.

In other words, if you don't use a plugin with a 'page' declaration 
(like SiteMap), it doesn't get the page right, and for example, all 
the Category pages using <?plugin BackLinks ?> are identical.
