[Phpwiki-talk] dumped pages have PhpWikiAdmin as basepage in 'inline' anchor href's

Hi folks.

When you dump a phpwiki set as xhtml, any links to 'inline' anchors 
(anchors on the same page) seem to be created with the 
PhpWikiAdministration page as the basepage for the URL, NOT the 
intended page.
