But the BackLinks button is more comfortable and available on each
page :-)

I'm using "dbtype = SQL" and "dsn = pgsql://localhost/my_db"

If needed I can send index.php without comments.

No. Gettext and phpwiki work properly with italian setup
(DEFAULT_LANGUAGE = en). I prefer (like) to work on english environment.
