[Phpwiki-talk] wiki pages only work on reload

hi!

for some reason the wiki pages with phpwiki-1.3.7 using mysql as
a db only work on reload. when load a page directly for the first
time it gives my providers script error page without any further 
information.
its not a regular php scripting error, those get normally displayed.
seems to be something more 'serious'.

anybody got an idea what that could be and how i could fix it?
