This is not just valid html, it's essential html for anyone wanting 
to use phpwiki for sites that adhere as tightly as possible to the 
various flavours of disabled access. not being able to add titles to 
tables is a constant thorn in my disabled-friendly side ;)

The mod gets my vote (not that I have a vote...)
