[Phpwiki-talk] Ability to add more users to index.php?

From what I can discern based on the messages posted to this list and some 
kind responses thus far, there is not an authorization built into PhPWiki. 
Does this mean then that, when editing phpwiki/index.php file (such as to 
define an ADMIN_USER and ADMIN_PASSWD), this Admin user (and password) is 
the only user one can add to access phpwiki? No ability to add more users?
