This has nothing to do with the phpwiki developers (which this mailing
list is for). It is like going after the apache webserver developers
when someone is using the apache webserver to host a copyrighted
picture without permission.

It is the people behind http://uvsq.free.fr/wiki/ you should
ask. Maybe they are subscribed to this mailing list, but most likely
not.

A much faster solution is to just go to the page and edit it and
remove the link yourself. It is a wiki after all.
