[Phpwiki-talk] Another file upload plug-in

I've created a file upload "plug-in".  This allows an attachment list per page. I haven't dug into the wiki code too much so I don't know if this is a proper plug-in but it's real easy to setup.  If anyone is interested in trying it out give me a shout.
