[Phpwiki-talk] phpWiki installation problems

Hello,

I'm new to the list and here so that I can get phpWiki installed.  I 
followed the installation instructions, but for some reason phpWiki is 
not working for me.

I downloaded version 1.2.2 from the phpWiki homepage.  I uploaded all 
files to the directory /wiki on my server (unraveled.com).  I then 
tried to run index.php but only saw a blank screen.  So I tried some 
configuration options and edited config.php to include the URL to 
index.php and admin.php.  index.php still wouldn't do anything. I've 
already confirmed that my host runs PHP 4.  Are there any other special 
modules I need?

Ideally, I'd like to run phpWiki using mySQL, which I also have 
available on my server.

Any suggestions on what I should do next?  Your help is appreciated.
