[Phpwiki-talk] Phpwiki - charset encoding (with Hungarian)

Dear All,

We have various issue with phpwiki regarding encoding set. The '=F5' and
'=FB' characters  came back  as "&#<number>;" These  are the  ones which
different form latin-1 in latin-2, and used in Hungarian. =20

We use 1.3.5pre and we have also the same issue with stable version. =20

Is it a known issue ?=20
