[Phpwiki-talk] Template Error Question.

Sorry if this is a known issue, I can't find anything
previously posted.  

I have tried installing on 3 seperate computers
(Linux, RedHat with mySQL and Apache) and keep getting
the same error.  I am sure I am doing something wrong,
but I can't figure out what!  Arg..

Anyway here is the output I consistently get:
