[Phpwiki-talk] Stable version soon?

Can you guys please make a stable release branch soon? The last stable
release (1.2) has been left far behind. The releases in the 1.3 branch
are buggy, and while these bugs are all "fixed in the nightly tarball",
I am reluctant to use such bleeding-edge code. 

How much more work is planned before 1.4 can be released?
