Should take you to:

cowiki uses the document referrer url to pick out search
terms.
How possible is this for fuzzy text searches, findpage
searches, and major search engines?
Better yet, can nodes of the document be given ids and
pages redirect to specific sections (via javascript) when
keywords are located.
I imagine something like
"Jump to match N" - WikiPage?keywords=blah&#match7

I have a simple referrer plugin (called GoogleReferrer)
which could be hooked into browse.tmpl in the works. But it
needs to be extended and generalized.
Got the idea from the WLUG phpwiki.
But I dont really understand your request. Cannot you setup
a phpwiki page describing this?
