It looks like www.phpwiki.org just provides a frame that contains
phpwiki.sourceforge.net/phpwiki - which also is not showing up for me.
/phpwiki redirects to /phpwiki-1.2/, but then encounters an ERROR 500:
Internal Server Error.
I've only started looking at PhpWiki today, but am certainly disappointed to
find this (with no word here or on the web site as to why or what's being done
to fix it).
