Problems installing PhpWiki 1.2.4

I figured I'd install the old install would be easier.

I'm getting this error:

WikiFatalError
Error writing page 'AddingPages'
MySQL error: Table 'screamin_phpwiki.wiki' doesn't exist

Any suggestions?
