Regarding <pre> and <verbatim> tags, is there a way to change the rendered format so that code is in shaded boxes like I've seen on other wikis?
Regarding bullet items, there are times when I would like a bulleted item to include multiple paragraphs, and even a block of code. It's pretty important that they be indented consistently. I can fake it with most paragraphs by inserting a leading space, but with the verbatim code, I can't; I have to experiment to see how many characters to indent, do so for every line, and hope that it is rendered consistently by the web browsers. Or am I missing another way to do this easily?
Thanks for any help.
