I just installed the latest version of PhpWiki, it seems to be working great. I'm basicly using the default options everywhere (easier installation). However, on the bottom where there are the buttons for removing, locking, etc.. the current page, there is no button for "Add Page" or "Add Article". Is this a known issue in the latest version, or did i miss something in the Configuration file?

If I understand your question correctly, then I believe the answer is that there is no button.
Instead, you create a new page by editing an existing page (such as the main home page) and typing a wikiword (camelcase, e.g. "MyNewPage", or a string inside square brackets). Then when the page is rendered (after a Preview or Save), you click on the question mark next to that string to edit the new page.
