I have just upgraded our server from Redhat 8.0 to Debian 3.0R2, and we were running phpwiki 1.3.7. I never noticed the admin tool in the wiki and therefore didn't know that it had a built in backup and restore function.

I basically copied the entire phpwiki directory over to a backup location, as well as export all the tables in the wiki database (mysql) to .sql files using mysqlfront. I managed to install phpwiki on the newly installed debian system and imported the tables back into the mysql database. This is however creating some errors on the web and also didn't seem to import/export all of the data. I now have pages where  more than half of the text is simply missing. Can anybody tell me if this is at all recoverable? How can I go about reloading the data? Please anybody!!!
