After several attempts phpwiki loads and initializes. The first pages is built properly. However all attempts to access linked pages produces garbage on the screen.
Using the back key to the initial page reloads the proper page, using the reload button produces garbage.
Are pages compressed in storage or transmission? How is this compressesion decompoesed? How is it controlled?

proplem fixed - turned off compression
Is this a normal problem?? It took hours to 'find' and prevented phpwiki 'running out of the box'.
Should compression be off by default??
Mine wiki start producing garbage too, I attempted to upgrade to 1.3.7 but it stills.
I have to turn off compression manually?
