The URL (http://ccca.nctu.edu.tw/~hlb/) became http://ccca.nctu.edu.tw/hlb/.

I must type http://ccca.nctu.edu.tw/~~hlb/ to make it http://ccca.nctu.edu.tw/~hlb/.

However, the URL is ok in the SandBox of http://phpwiki.sourceforge.net/ and some other site using phpwiki 1.3.3.

My system. Redhat 7.3 with phpwiki 1.3.4 on mysql.
Any Idea?

  The problem with tilde can be prevented by saving with 'Use old markup'.
  
  This problem occurs on v1.3.4 & nightly, but not on v.1.3.3.
