I Installed phpwiki-1.3.7 on a Fedor Linux Apache server with mysql. I am trying to access the wiki site through a WIN2K machine with Explorer. The virgin install setup ran. Now, everytime I go to http://\[ip]/phpwiki-1.3.7/index.php the browser gives me the download dialogue, "Would you like to open the file or save it to your computer?" When I say open, it says it can't find the file.

Turn off compression in index.php
No,
fedora uses some very strange Apache2 setup which makes it very hard to associate a PHP handler.
This is not a PhpWiki problem, this is a php problem with your Apache.
