I've built a Wiki for our office. Now I'd like to link to files on our network server.
Typing in the location of the files directly into the browser's address line works. However, I cannot seem to successfully make a link on a Wiki page.
I've tried doing a http: and an ftp: link, but how do I specify a file: type link?
Any suggestions?
Thanks, Reini. That explains it all.
file: type links are not support fo security reasons. you have to provide an apache alias or softlink to uploads/
