Hi all,

I'm using PHPWiki 1.3.4 on Debian Linux 3.0r0 and I've
problem with localization.

In index.php I define DEFAULT_LANGUAGE to 'it' (or 'es',
'de', etc.) but the interface is still in English.

  It's a bug in 1.3.4 (which is a very unstable release).
  See bugreport 681610.
  
  Either use 1.3.3 which is fairly stable or try to use a current CVS snapshot.
