I did it a year ago, it was fine as an administration tool, to be able to write an article with wiki. Then I stop to use it, and I just included the transform() in my postnuke site, http://www.eoliennes.net/breves.php, even adding tags to include images, such as [alt text+url_when_clicked|picture:file.jpg] !
I am also working with the postnuke team, and I am trying to install those modifications, but they dont see the interest, the prefer bbcode or whatever! but I know I will succeed.

I've been able to patch PHPwiki so that it runs as a module in PHP-nuke. The code is not cleaned up for distribution yet, but will be soon.
Integrating PHP-Wiki in nuke resulted in a cool information system.

I believe Sandino Araico Snchez has done something similar. I cannot find the link at the moment...
