I'm running 1.3.14

Why do all the links in the Phpwiki help point to outdated Phpwiki site.

http://phpwiki.sourceforge.net/phpwiki/EmailVerification which takes you to this old phpwiki 1.2 site ---> http://phpwiki.sourceforge.net/phpwiki-1.2/

  Because the new version does not work on the sf.net
