Accessing to phpwiki hosted in an IPv6 enabled apache
server produces the folloeing error:

lib/config.php:282: Warning[2]: Address is not in
a.b.c.d form

from Apache access log:

::ffff:192.168.1.2 - - [31/Jan/2002:23:48:35 +0100]
"GET /phpwiki/ HTTP/1.1" 200 8749

    Apparently PHP's gethostbyaddr() is not IPV6 enabled :-)

    A workaround would be to edit index.php and set
    ENABLE_REVERSE_DNS to false. (This, of course, will result
    in anonymous editors being logged by IP number rather than
    host name.)
