Renaming a page does not work in latest cvs version.
1) create a page called 'test'
2) go to the admin page and do a wikiadminselect on 'test'
3) rename the file to 'testrename'
The result is:
* Couldn't rename page 'test' to 'testrename'.
No pages renamed.
