#465 MacOSX doesn't change edit box width

When using the theme MacOSX, any change to the width of
the edit box has no effect.

It doesn't matter whether you try to change it vie the
user's preferences or "in place" while editing an
article. Changing the height works though.

    I found the reason for this problem: In MacOSX.css, it says

    textarea.wikiedit { width: 100%; margin-top: 1ex; }

    If you delete the "width: 100%", the box width can be
    changed freely. So the remedy is to decide whether you want
    this behaviour or not. If you want to keep it, it'd be
    advantageous to delete the width form field at the top of
    the text edit window because it's effectless after all, by
    overriding editpages.tmpl of the default theme.
