#458 SetAcl does not remember settings on confirmation page

SetAcl does not remember the changes made on the
first page (i.e. changes made before clicking "SetAcl")
when it displays the second confirmation page.

Despite this, I can still add groups to an ACL by re-
inputting the new group into the confirmation page.
However, I am unable to remove groups from an ACL.
