#445 Crao theme bottom toolbar slows page scrolling a lot.

1.3.11rc3, Mac OS 10, Firefox 1.0.

Compared to previous versions of the theme, something
about the Crao bottom toolbar makes scrolling pages
really slow. I'm not 100% sure that's why the
scrolling is so slow or how much slower it is than
before, but I just upgraded www.hollenback.net and it
is an annnoying difference.

This is scrolling with the keyboard, mouse scrolling
(by grabbing the thumb) doesn't seem any slower.

This is not a problem with Safari, only Firefox.

I have verifed this does not occur with Firefox 1.0 on
Fedora Core 1 linux. Thus it's looking like a Firefox on
Mac problem only.
