#355 ?action=upgrade not working in all themes

The only theme I managed to run ?action=upgrade with
was the MacOSX theme. The MonoBook theme e.g. displays
an error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object
in
/home/users/kakra/cvs/sourceforge/phpwiki/phpwiki/lib/Template.php(133)
: eval()'d code on line 6

Also it displays %BODY% instead of some useful content.

This happens using latest CVS and also with 1.3.10...
