Wiggem, one of the most popular Open source login routines has announced that it is available for the PostgreSQL platform as well.

The success of the PHP language allowed the Wiggem team to expand the horizens and bring this security package to more users.

Sorry about the late news. WIGGEM 1.0.3 won't be a release, as we are still adding features via our end. The current release we are using ourselves is 1.0.6-Internal. But once we are happy with the final additions, then WIGGEM will be released with a version of 1.1.0

WIGGEM 1.0.2 has been released for a few days now. But try it out. Please post feedback to the forums on the WIGGEM project page at sourceforge.net . WIGGEM 1.0.3 should be released near the end of the week.

Not many upgrads but the most popular php security system just got better. Now wiggem will not allow duplicate username creations. Next on the list is email verification.
