Hi,
There is no issue of internet connection.I don't know if ARIN has blocked my
IP.I am from India then it should search APNIC whois server.
I am searching AS24029 then also it is giving the same error.
It is working good for domain Name.

works well here, looks like arin is banning your ip address or
that you have some connection problems.

regarding the "Invalid address received.", which AS are you trying ?
are you using the prefix AS ?
