[phpwhois-discuss] I am getting error " Connect failed to: whois.arin.net"

Dear All,
Thanks in advance.I am getting error"Connect failed to: whois.arin.net"
always in searching result of any IP address and when I give AS no then it
says "Invalid address received.".
Can you guide me if any configuration change is required.I am using
phpwhois-4.2.0 version.
