how about a tool kit to build an installer for php+db applications?

so many php applications out there are beautiful (xaraya,
postnuke, phpAdsNew) but not all of them have installers
(phpMyAdmin, phpLinks, openAccounting, ACID, oscommerce).

so a php app installer that can be used to ask for the dbname,
dbuser, dbpass and if the app requires the static path of the
application and so on.

it will also install the mysql script to create the database and finally
update the config.php (set by the developer) file for the application

and then of course, it will show the license as part of the install
process

of all the installers i have seen (only a few i must admit) xaraya
seems to be the best and it uses CSS (i believe) so the colour is
changeable.
