[Phpwebsite-developers] gentoo ebuild

I will work on an ebuild for gentoo linux to install phpwebsite.  I'll 
start soonish on 0.9.0 and then 0.9.1 when that is out.  However the 
turnaround is slow now on new ebuild submissions being checked into 
portage.  I submitted tora 1.3.9.2 on February 9th and it's still not in.

Now we play the waiting game.  I'm going see what it takes to become a 
gentoo ebuild wrangler.  It seems they may be understaffed for that kind 
of thing.
