I have committed some new code for the FCKeditor's handling of media.

I had two ways of dealing with this. I started by trying SmartTag
insertion. I wasn't sure if people would like this.
My second try is in SVN. When you use the File Cabinet button in FCK, it
places a placeholder image. When the image is displayed, a javascript
call from file cabinet replaces it with the applicable media.
