I have set up the latest code, including the new weblinks and user
created page stuff and anyone is welcome to sign in and test it.
The host I use for these temporary development websites is cheap, but
sometimes overwhelmed with traffic. If you get connection errors, it
is NOT the fault of phpWebsite. Just keep trying if you see that
problem.
