[Phpwebsite-developers] core_start.sh version 0.3

Hello all,

  I have updated my core_start.sh shell script once again.  A new variable
can be found at the top, PHPWS_GROUP, this needs to be set to the proper
group for when permissions are set back to the developer.  Also the
script will now change permissions on all the doc and template
directories so they can be edited with Adam's textpad module.

Very nice!  I especially like the textpad permissions getting set hehe :)

I forgot to change permissions on the setup directory so the language
module can export language files.  This is now included in the script.

To answer your question Adam, yes users can use this script although you
must have root access to run it.  I see it as mainly a developer tool.
