Hey Don,
That was me that turned on the error reporting so the developers would
take a look at the php notices in their modules. I have already
removed a bunch of errors from some of the core class files. This
will definately be turned off for a release.

As for this line, I was playing around and forgot to remove that before
my commit :( Sorry about that everyone I will get it out of there.
