Hi Randall,
Assuming you've set-up your module correctly, it seems checking your
database for certain conditions and then outputing your content on success
should do it i.e.:
[module index file]
if(database conditions exist){
$CNT_yourMod["title"]= "Blah";
$CNT_yourMod["content"] = "more Blah";
}
