Hi everybody!
First the work: I committed the new source code comments, since no one
really objected. I hope I didn't break anything on your side (e.g. you had
to fix a lot of conflicts) by doing that. In the future please comment the
source files as you write them (or change them) to keep the generated
documentation up-to-date (of course I will keep an eye on that, too). I will
run PHPDoc on the sources (probably weekly) and put the results on
http://www.k-fish.de/krabutzig/phpwebsite/
There will be the other parts of the developer docs as well, although I put
them in CVS as well. (Read: Charlie Shi, we can start working now...). I
will add a short introduction to PHPDoc comments sometime next week.

Now for something completely different: Who am I?
My Name is Karsten Dambekalns (that's a latvian name - got it from my wife),
I live in Germany and co-own a small business (http://www.fishfarm.de/
- take the design with a grain of salt, we are working on it) working on
dynamic web solutions. We do (almost) all of our stuff with the help of PHP.
I stumbled over phpWebSite mostly by accident, but was immediately attracted
to it, mostly because I see a very good base in it. I would like to improve
it in such a way that I can honestly recommend it to our customers (that's
were my motivation comes from, mostly, apart from the developers being very
friendly and open!).
My (immediate) goals are: Create/improve documentation (no! really? :), help
eliminate redundancies and improve theme code (!).
Thats it for now, you all have other mails to read I guess!
Regards,
Karsten

Why do we have to hide from the police, daddy?
Because we use emacs, son. They use vi.
